Safeway stock-ups for under $1

Safeway isn't the grocery store I shop at most often, but I do make a special trip for a good bargain.  In my opinion, there are a few items worth stocking up on in this week's ad.  Prices and items are from the location at 469 Cole Center in Cheyenne, and are valid through 2/4/14.  Final prices $1 or less are highlighted in red.

Personally, I like to clip coupons but for those of you who don't, you can register your Safeway shopping card and download their "just for u" e-coupons on their website.
