A while ago I posted about using SavingStar to help reduce your grocery costs. If you're not familiar with the program, read my post here to learn all about how it works and how to sign up.
I've not been very diligent about checking SavingStar on a regular basis, but I noticed today that they are offering a Friday Freebie every week. You can only activate the offer on that Friday, but you are given several days to redeem it. When you activate the offer and buy the specified item during the time frame using a registered grocery card, the full purchase price is credited to your SavingStar account.
Today's Friday Freebie is 1 (2.2 - 3 oz.) Keebler or Cheez-It Snack Cup. You must activate it today and the offer expires on 3/27. My kids love it when I have coupons for these types of snacks -- they think I'm buying them a cool treat, but really I'm packing a cheap or free deal in their lunchboxes!
